As mean as it may I have a simple answer for you. Get off your dead but and call the girl. Call her and if she seam a little confused about why you're calling her remind her that she said to call if you ever needed anything. If sh ask what you need tell her you need to talk to her. Not talk to her about something, just say you need to talk to her. If she asks what you need to talk to her about just tell her that you just need to talk to her. She may get worried about you and ask if something is wrong or are you OK? Tell yeah, you just needed to talk to her. If she keeps pressing for what you need to talk to her about just reiterate that you NEED to talk to HER that you want to talk to her, that's all. I'm willing to bet that when she realizes your wanting to hear her voice and that spending time talking to her is important to you she will be flattered by the gesture. Flattered by the idea that she matters that much. That of all the thing you could do at that moment, there was nothing you'd rather do than talk with her. Try it, I guarantee that if nothing else you'll at least find out if she only wants to be friends. Good luck.
