Harness training?

I have a quarter arab and a quarter horse that are just beginging to undergo sled pulling (they pulled me around the yard yesterday in one of those radio flyer wagons) however, i would like a website that would have building plans for a sled for a horse. We want to make one rather than purchase one. Any help?
