What do you think of the yahoo answers staff?

i've had several questions deleted, AFTER they've been voted on and closed out. i'd be willing to guess that staff members at times input their personal take on them versus the guidelines/stipulations which they're supposedly stated to be bound by. i've noticed this awkward trend going on lately. seems like personal interpretation of where censorship needs to take place rather than the system itself that's being "portrayed" to dictate such actions.
