Can a neighbor use a drainage easement on my property for a septic drain line.?

I bought some land with a 30 foot parish drainage easement here in louisiana on my side of the property line and my neighbor ran her drain line to the ditch on my property.Does she have the right to do this.I was told so many different stories.
