How can i let him know i just want to be friends with benefits?

I like this guy. We havent talked about any thing more than being friends . I think he likes me back .. The thing is i have heard he isnt boyfriend material and i like him and find him very attractive. But i want him to know that im not looking for anything serious. He doenst know i like him How can i subtly hint that i dont want anything more than for us to be friends with benefits?
