Should I pick up Joba Chamberlain?

if chamberlain has been in ur free agency and doesnt appeaer to be getting picked up by anyone else dont take him. As a middle reliever he really has no value on ur roster spot but since u have a below average pitching staff the thought of joba making it to the rotation could end up getting u an ace to better anchor ur staff.
