Which WR to start for week 13?

Deion Branch against the Jets or Johnny Knox against the Lions? The Jets have a very good defense and the Lions have a pretty bad defense, but Knox hasn't been doing very well this season, so I don't know who to start. Please help: I need to win this game to make the playoffs!
