I can't believe that her family would give up on her. It seems you have done a lot. If she goes to counseling and is on anti depressants I don't get how it could be getting worse. The drug abuse isn't helping since that contributes to her depression. All you can really do is continue to be there for her. Remind her how much she is loved and that people would be lost without her. Encourage her that things can get better. Try to get her to stop the drugs. Maybe she needs to try different meds.
