If there's a famine b/c of say...overpopulation, is 'fat' going to suddenly be something people are happy with?

Having babies will become something people are happy with, because the world is approaching population decline. At least half the world's population lives in regions where the population is SHRINKING from a low fertility rate. (Europe and Asia are are the hotspots examples). With a population decline approaching and imminent worldwide, we will face a crisis of of supporting loads of elderly, nonworking people with the productive young being in the minority. We may also be approaching a dark age, or mideval period, as those in the undeveloped world will outpopulate those in the developed world, and take over the population demographic in the developed nations.
