I accidently took the wrong birth control pill?

I'm taking Loestrin. It has 24 white active pills and 4 brown inactive pills. Yesterday I was supposed to take my last brown pill but mistakenly I started I new pack and took a white active pill. What should I do now? I am a day one started so should I just continue with the new pack and change my start day to Friday ? Am I still protected from pregnancy?
